Poll of Union Members Regarding the Employee Rights Act
We contracted the Opinion Research Corporation International to survey 3,000 Americans regarding their thoughts of the Employee Rights Act's major provisions. The results demonstrate that both union and non-union households overwhelmingly support the Employee Rights Act. Click here to read the complete methodology.

Methodology
This report presents the findings of three telephone surveys conducted among a national probability sample of 3,021 adults comprising 1,510 men and 1,511 women 18 years of age and older, living in private households in the continental United States. Interviewing for these CARAVAN® Surveys was completed during the period August 5-7 and 11-15, 2011
